नागरिक उड्डयन क्षेत्र सुधारका लागि गठित उच्चस्तरीय अध्ययन तथा सुझाव समितिले नेपाल वायुसेवा निगमलाई तीन भागमा विभाजन गरी कम्पनी मोडेलमा पुनर्संरचना गर्न सुझाव दिएको छ । समितिले निगमको पूँजी संरचना, स्वामित्व, व्यवस्थापन र सञ्चालन प्रणालीमा आमूल परिवर्तन गरी दक्ष, नाफामुखी र प्रतिस्पर्धात्मक संस्थाका रूपमा रुपान्तरण गर्न ठोस प्रश्ताव पेश गरेको हो ।
